In June of 2010 we conducted a test tour with exchange students from universities within the prefecture. This is what they had to say about the places they visited.

| -It was good to understand that Urabandai and Goshiki Numa were formed by the eruption of Mt. Bandai. |

| -I'd like to see Goshiki Numa in each of its seasons. |

| -The scenery was very beautiful and the colors of the ponds, from emerald green to cobalt blue, were very beautiful. |

| -The inside had a very traditional Japanese feel to it, and it was fun to see an old Japanese school. |

| -I was able to learn about the Meiji Restoration and history of the Aizu Clan, and this has helped pique my interest in these subjects. |

| -I enjoyed hearing about the "Ten Regulations" (the code of conduct these students were supposed to follow) and etiquette. |

| -We have archery in China too, but don't really have the chance to try it, so I enjoyed being able to try it firsthand. |

| ■Higashiyama Hot Springs: Outdoor Bath |

| -It was a very interesting scene to be talking with everyone while bathing. |
| -This experience piqued my interest in hot springs because of their beneficial medicinal properties. |
| -I like the atmosphere of the outdoor bath. |
| -I'd like to try the outdoor bath during winter when it's snowing. |
| ■Aubukuma Cave |

| -This was a naturally formed limestone cave. The light on the inside was very beautiful. |
| -Chinese and Korean audio guides were available, so I was able to understand. |
| ■Aquamarine Fukushima (Environmental Aquarium) |

| -It was just like watching a movie. |
| -I was not only able to see fish, but also fossils, and other types of life like seaweed. |
